Full Time Tactical Security Guards for Retail

Position: Full Time Security Guards Site: Conestoga Mall City: Kitchener Job Type: Full Time (24x7 Availability) Hours: Various Shifts, must be available to work days/afternoons/nights

Special Minimum Requirements:

Valid Ontario Security LicenseMust be available for all shifts (days, afternoons, nights)1-year Tactical Experience requiredGood computer skills (Word, Excel, emails, typing )First Aid/CPR Level CExcellent verbal/written communication skillsMust be able to work in a stressful environmentCustomer Service ExperiencePolice Foundations would be an assetDuties:

Working closely with Mall ManagementFull knowledge of 494, Trespass to Property, and Oxford Customer Service ExcellenceFiling paperworkResponsible for coaching and counselling guardsEnsuring guards are trained on important procedures (fire panel, power-outage, bomb threat, etc)Review and respond to emails relating to Security or Security SupervisorAdjusting schedules according to operational needs with scheduling softwareBe aware of any procedures or site changesMemo book checksReview incident reports to ensure all is up to standardReview and save important CCTV footageWriting reportsObtaining statements and collecting information for Incident ReportsPerforming Customer Service-related functionsExperience with enforcing TPA and situations where Use of Force is requiredBe physically capable of performing the required dutiesBasic knowledge and use of integrated security systemsPlease Apply with a current resume attached.
