Job Description As a Security Officer Entry Control Point in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeThur03:00 PM - 11:00 PMFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSat07:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun07:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or visitor authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access throughout the residential location.Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating security-related issues according to site procedures.Document visitor activity, deliveries, and/or unusual occurrences, and communicate relevant information to property management and/or Allied Universal personnel.Conduct regular and random patrols around residential buildings, amenities, parking areas, and perimeter locations, noting conditions that may require attention.
