Job description :- We are seeking a responsible, alert, and disciplined Security Guard / Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of company premises, assets, employees, and visitors. The role involves monitoring entry and exit points, conducting regular patrols, observing surveillance systems, and responding promptly to any security-related incidents. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, vigilant, and capable of handling responsibilities with professionalism and integrity. Key Responsibilities: · Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles as per security procedures · Maintain visitor registers, verify identification, and issue visitor passes as required · Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify safety risks or suspicious activities · Monitor CCTV cameras and immediately report any unusual or suspicious movement · Prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, or damage to company property · Ensure strict compliance with company security policies, rules, and protocols · Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire incidents, accidents, or security breaches · Coordinate with supervisors, management, or local authorities when required · Ensure proper locking and unlocking of gates, doors, and designated restricted areas · Maintain discipline, order, and a safe environment within the premises at all times Requirements & Qualifications: · Minimum height: 5.7 feet · Ex-Army personnel will be given first preference · Physically fit and mentally alert · Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts · Basic communication skills · Honest, disciplined, and reliable nature · Freshers can also apply Skills & Competencies: · Strong observation skills and attention to detail · High situational awareness and alertness · Basic reporting and record-keeping ability · Ability to remain calm and act responsibly under pressure Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person
