Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Benin City for Facility Assistants and Security personnel (Shift-Based or Live-In Duo). The role encompasses maintaining the clinic's facilities, ensuring cleanliness and operational efficiency, and providing a high level of customer service. Responsibilities include overseeing facility operations, performing janitorial tasks, supporting staff, and coordinating with visitors to enhance the clinic’s environment and security. Candidates may also work on a shift-based schedule or as a live-in duo, depending on the arrangement. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Proficiency in Facility Management (FM), Facilities Operations, and Janitorial Services Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with patients, staff, and visitors Driving: A valid Nigerian Driver’s License and be a competent driver(preferred). Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining a clean and functional environment Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain professionalism at all times Experience in a healthcare or similar environment is an advantage Occasional Driving: Handling errands or bank runs as needed (driving duties are rare but might be required). Flexibility to work in shift-based rotations or as part of a live-in arrangement.
