Overview Paladin Security is currently seeking professional and experienced Security Guards to join our team within our business units in Winnipeg, MB. This position is assigned to high-profile Class A office towers and plays a critical role in maintaining a safe, secure, and professional environment for tenants, visitors, contractors, and staff.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong professionalism, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to maintain a visible security presence in a corporate setting.

Responsibilities Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols of the facility Monitor and control access points for tenants, visitors, and contractors Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations in a timely manner Operate and monitor CCTV and access control systems Write clear and detailed incident reports and daily activity logs Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining security protocols Liaise with emergency services and building management when required Identify and report safety hazards, vandalism, or unsecured property Maintain professionalism and situational awareness within a high-profile environment Requirements Must Have Valid Manitoba Security Guard License (or equivalent provincial license) Standard First Aid & CPR Certification Ability to successfully pass enhanced background screening for secure-site access Strong communication and report writing skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a corporate environment Must be legally authorized to work in Canada Nice to Have Previous security experience in corporate, government, or high-profile environments Experience working with CCTV and access control systems Customer service experience in professional environments Benefits Competitive hourly compensation Career advancement opportunities within Paladin Security Professional and supportive team environment Paid training and development opportunities Access to Paladin Security’s Daily Pay program Stable full-time employment opportunities Daily Pay Program Paladin Security now offers Daily Pay, allowing employees to access earned wages before payday and easily track their earnings.
