Warehouse Associate

Jobs description General helper to assist Co-workers with duties in the warehouse industry. Manufacturing of various different products on a daily basis. A Warehouse Worker is responsible for varied daily tasks such as restocking shelves, accepting incoming orders, processing and packing orders, counting inventory and ensuring orders are shipped in a timely manner.

Responsibilities · Load the hopper with vinyl pellets.

· Ensure the extrusion line is running properly.

· Visual inspection of the products.

· Continuous Lifting and Moving.

· Unload products from the line.

· Stacking.

· Packing.

· Assisting co-workers.

· Building Pallets of products.

· Shipping and Receiving.

The essential functions of this role include:

· Wearing steel toe shoes.

· Manual lifting up to 50lbs.

· Standing for 10 hours at one time.

Skills · Extrusion

· Carrying

· Lifting

· Pushing

· Pulling

Requirements · Grade 10, 11 and 12 upwards.

· Experience level: Entry Level no experience candidates are welcome to apply training is provided.

· Manufacturing experience advantageous.

Salary and benefits R18 000 to R30 000 monthly.
