Key Responsibilities: • Apply security best practices from Mattel’s Global Security Department • Perform foot and mobile patrols around the campus • Monitor access control and surveillance systems • Document incidents and maintain safety logs • Assist with emergency response plans

Requirements: • High school diploma or GED • Over 1 year in security or related fields • Valid driver’s license and security guard license • Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and manage active tasks
