Role Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering professional customer service support, processing and monitoring customer orders, maintaining accurate records and documentation, and assisting with administrative reporting. The role also involves building strong customer relationships and collaborating with internal departments to ensure efficient and seamless service delivery. Minimum Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Logistics 1–3 years’ experience in customer service, administration, or supply chain Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment SAP experience will be advantageous

Preferred Experience:

Exposure to the FMCG industry Experience within customer service or supply chain environments Familiarity with SAP and reporting tools
