As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Must be able to walk, stand, sit or climb stairs for long periods of time.Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitorsManage access controlPerform regular patrols to identify potential risksInspect security equipment and report any maintenance needsRespond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teamsAnswer questions in person or by phoneWrite incident reports and communicate security concernsEnsure the safety and protection of individuals and propertyQualifications for Concierge Security Guard

Must have a valid IL PERC Must have at least 2 years experience in concierge security Be authorized to work in the U.S.Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GEDBe able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening processExceptional customer service skillsProficient in basic phone & computer skillsIf you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!You have a state license if requiredIn the United States, GardaWorld Security remains the only guarding security company to be Certified by Great Place to Work.
