Position: Security Officer (Ex-Army Preferred)Location: KolkataIndustry: ManufacturingJob Description:We are seeking a disciplined and experienced Security Officer, preferably from an ex-Army background, to oversee and manage security operations at our manufacturing facility.Key Responsibilities:Ensure overall safety and security of the premisesSupervise security staff and manage daily security operationsMonitor entry/exit of personnel, vehicles, and materialsHandle emergency situations and implement security protocolsCoordinate with local authorities when requiredMaintain security records and incident reportsRequirements:Ex-Army personnel preferredProven experience in industrial or plant securityStrong leadership and disciplineGood communication and observation skillsPhysically fit and alertPreferred Skills:Knowledge of safety regulations in manufacturing unitsExperience in handling surveillance systems (CCTV, access control, etc.)
