Job Title: Armed Security Officer

Clearance Requirement: Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.

P&G Security is hiring Armed Security Officers to provide protective services at the 145th Air National Guard, supporting the mission of the U.S. Air National Guard by maintaining the highest standards of physical security and operational readiness. As a contractor operating in a high security, mission critical environment, our officers play a direct role in national defense.

Primary Duties

Control access to the installation, verifying credentials of personnel, contractors, and visitors. Conduct armed patrols of restricted areas, facilities, and perimeter zones. Monitor for threats of unauthorized activity and respond per established rules of engagement. Assists Air Force Security Forces and coordinate during emergencies, drills, and real-world incidents. Prepare incident and activity reports per required DoD policy and post orders. Ensure all security operations comply with Air Force regulations and contract standards. Basic Requirements

U.S. Citizenship (required for base access and clearance eligibility) High School diploma or GED Highly recommended 2 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or military service. Current armed security license or ability to obtain one while onboarding. Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD secret clearance. Clean background and drug screening. Adherence to grooming standards (DAFI 36-2903). Ability to pass PPSB standards for pistol, shotgun, and AR-15. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong communication skills and professional demeanor. Preferred Qualifications

Prior service or experience working on a DoD installation. Current Secret Clearance (active or recently held). Familiarity with Air Force security protocols. Experience working under federal/state contracts or with DoD contractors. We Offer:
