Job Description Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) is a world-class organization responsible for growing all flows between businesses and governments, from small businesses to the largest global corporations.

The Core Products and Platforms team within VCS works closely with financial institutions and fintechs to bring payment solutions that meet the needs of growth corporates, large enterprises, multinationals, governments, public sector entities, and small businesses around the world. The team is responsible for the product development and management of a comprehensive array of solutions that meet the needs of these organizations. These solutions target such important segments as Fleet and Mobility, B2B Travel and Corporate Travel, AP/AR payments, and Small Business (SMB).

The Director, Global SMB Benefits, plays a central role in developing Visa's small business benefits proposition. Each benefit represents an important component to Visa's global SMB strategy, culminating in a winning proposition that makes Visa the best way to pay and be paid.

The Director role is responsible for managing the curation, marketing, enrollment programs, budget and reporting for all global SMB benefits.
