LOCATION: HARBOURSIDE ESTATE, Bristol

PAY RATE: £14.75 per hour

SHIFT PATTERN: 7 on 2 off, 3 on 2 off min. 48 hours per week (Permanent Nights)

As a Security Officer with ABM UK, you will be an integral part of our security operations team. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our client's personnel, visitors, and property while maintaining a professional and customer-friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities Conduct routine patrols and inspections of assigned areas to ensure a secure environmentMonitor entrances and exits to prevent unauthorized accessRespond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies with appropriate actionPrepare detailed reports on daily activities and any incidents that occurProvide assistance and directions to employees and visitors as requiredUtilize surveillance equipment effectively to monitor activitiesCollaborate with team members and communicate effectively with law enforcement when necessary Requirements Previous experience in security or a related field is preferredPossession of a valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) licenseAbility to demonstrate excellent observational and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenProfessional attitude and the ability to manage stress in emergency situationsWillingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekendsPhysical fitness adequate to perform security duties effectively ESSENTIAL:

SIA Guarding (SG) or Door Supervisor (DS) Licence.

A current and valid SIA CCTV Licence is desirable, or the willingness to work towards. ( Mandatory site requirement)
