Live Chat/Desk Customer Service

- provide prompt and accurate response to incoming enquiries received from the website live chat system

New 3D Product Configurator

B2C Leads Generation and Sales Prospecting

Drive B2C lead generation by proactively monitoring leads from the 3D Design Configurator and inbound email enquiries, engaging prospects promptly, and converting them into sales opportunities.

Tools and Platforms To Use:

You will be responding to Live Chat enquiries using Zoho CRM, Zoho Sales IQ, Design Your Own Platform, XERO, Shopify. Access will also be given to you on Zoho Socials and sales email. Knowledge and familiarity on how to use these tools is a great advantage to advance on your job application.

Major Requirements

Minimum 3 Years experience in a CSR / Sales role, including 2+ years handling inbound and outbound calls ● Sportswear/apparel experience is a huge advantage ● Experience handling Australian customers is a must ● Reliable high-speed internet connection to ensure real-time responsiveness and communication ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and customer-centric tone Proficient in using CRM platforms, especially Zoho CRM, with a proven track record of effective case handling Demonstrated ability to respond to customer inquiries promptly and proactively across multiple channels Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision Strong time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently Your Own recent model computer and fast internet, plus backup services

Overseas Based Contractor Offer:

Annual Accrued Leave of 15 days @ 8hrs per day

Hourly Rate: PHP153/ $AUD4 (flexible exchange rate currently at 38.24)

Monthly Rate: PHP27,000/ AUD704

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
