We are looking for a proactive Customer Sales & Support Representative to handle outbound calls, customer support, and coordination activities. This role involves engaging with users, resolving basic issues, and following up on availability and participation.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and follow up with leads and existing usersHandle basic customer support and resolve common issuesCoordinate with users on availability and confirmationsMaintain call logs, follow-ups, and system updates
Requirements
