Safe Pc Direct Ltd T/A Refurbmac is looking for an Office Co-ordinator to be responsible for the general operation of our office in UK. Duties will involve: Customer support: Emails Support Calls Support Chat Support Amazon Support Fax Support Courier claims Maintaining RMA lists Calls to courier companies if needed Generating Labels (If needed) Maintaining Refund Data Job Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field. A minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a relevant position. Excellent English is written and verbal communication skills (UK Experience will be a plus point) Must have good internet and own laptop. Backup of light (no excuse on it) Good communication and responsive. During working hours, should respond instantly. Good understanding of management practices and techniques. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
