Join our dynamic security team as a Flex Security Officer, where your vigilance and proactive approach will help ensure the safety of our facilities, staff, and visitors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment. Your dedication will help foster a safe atmosphere that promotes confidence and peace of mind for everyone on site.
Hard Requirements:
Be immunized (will be provided by client) due to proximity to patients and various tests 2 years LICENSED Security Experience (Verified through the TX DPS(TOPS)) Preferred but not required
Foot Patrol
Candidates must be able to perform a foot patrol for the duration of their shift.
Site/Position Requirements: Candidates should be able to perform both mobile and foot patrols throughout their shift.
Schedules Available: Monday - Friday 2pm-10pm
Flex Position with open availability for all shifts
All Shifts Must Be Available Open Days, Swing, and Grave for flex positions
Qualified applicants for Security Officer Positions must meet the minimum requirements as described below:
High school diploma or GED Have a current Texas DPS Non-Commission (Unarmed) Guard Card Have excellent English oral and written communication skills Be computer savvy and have the ability to utilize innovative, wireless technology Have flexible and weekend availability Maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality standards Must have a neat and professional appearance
Responsibilities
Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence Monitor the entrance of vehicles or people in the property Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area Monitor perimeter fencing for any breaches or damage Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation Provide assistance to people in need Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences Understand when to contact the Security Operations Center, PD, client, and/or management Maintain a friendly demeanor towards employees when arriving or leaving
