Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting information through appropriate channels. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout showrooms, service areas, parking lots, storage areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and assist with controlling entry and exit of staff, visitors, deliveries, and/or vehicles in accordance with site-specific protocols. Support daily operations by observing vehicle and pedestrian traffic patterns, reporting hazards or maintenance concerns, and communicating professionally with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required. Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
