About this role
Personal & Business Financial Coach
Our mission at Wealth Factory is to help entrepreneurs achieve clarity, confidence and peace of mind around their personal finances, no matter what happens in the market. We do this by helping our entrepreneurial clients develop a proactive tax strategy, create a risk management plan, protect their assets, optimize their cash flow and ensure their wealth is preserved for generations..
The role of the Personal and Business Financial Coach (aka: Wealth Architect) plays an integral part to Wealth Factory’s comprehensive personal financial education and implementation program.
The Wealth
Architect has the unique challenge of gathering all of the pieces of the clients financial puzzle, identifying the clients values, strengths and challenges, and creating a plan. We call this the Financial Blueprint.
This Financial
Blueprint will be your guide to coaching our clients to their achieved outcome.
Job Description
As the Wealth Architect, you will be leading our clients through the first set of steps towards their Path to Economic Independence. You will be equal parts coach as well as facilitator, connecting them with other team members along their way through our program. Your job is to not only co-create a solid foundation for them through their Financial Blueprint, but to also build their trust and confidence in our teams ability to guide them in creating their own Wealth Architecture with our proven system.
Responsibilities
You will have monthly proactive coaching calls with each client to keep them on task while they are going through the program. Your objective is to keep them focused on their desired outcome. Note: Wealth Factory is a financial education company. We are not an investment firm or wealth management company.
To achieve this, you must:
Build a solid relationship with the client. The client needs to trust and enjoy working with you.
Guide the client as their paradigm shifts from scarcity about money to abundance and believing that money is a driver to economic independence.
A great Wealth Architect will do this by assisting the client in creating strategies to maximize cash flow, engage in removing limiting beliefs and negative money beliefs as well as creating a big picture plan with the client that shows them where they are and where they are able to go.
Clients should walk away from each call with more clarity, confidence and peace of mind in their financial situation.
Simplify money concepts vs. the way that most clients think of it (complex).
Teach and give them tools of how to keep their head in the right space and focused on making progress.
Keep clients accountable when they are behaving counter to their financial goals and plan.
