Auto Accounts Adjuster – Auto Loan Title Loans Job Type: Full-time | Location: Puerto Rico | On-Site Position Auto Loan Title Loans is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Auto Accounts Adjuster to join our team. This role is responsible for managing collections on defaulted title loan accounts through phone calls, home visits, and workplace visits as needed. The ideal candidate will be proactive in securing payment commitments and ensuring follow-ups while maintaining professionalism and compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities Collections & Recovery: Implement effective strategies to recover payments on defaulted accounts through direct communication with customers.Field Visits & Customer Engagement: Conduct home, workplace, and other necessary visits to negotiate payment arrangements.Payment Negotiation: Advise customers on payment alternatives and obtain commitments to bring accounts current.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of collection efforts, customer interactions, and payment agreements.Collaboration & Strategy: Work with Regional Leaders, Store Managers, and Loan Associates to optimize collection efforts and minimize loan losses.Process Improvement: Provide recommendations to enhance collection success rates and efficiency.Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required.Minimum 2 years of experience in collections, financial services, or a related field.Basic knowledge of collections procedures and negotiation strategies.Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.Ability to handle stressful situations and work under pressure.Must own a reliable vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Ability to work 90% of the time outside the office.Must pass a criminal background check.Why Join Auto Loan Title Loans?
