The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily kitchen operations, designing innovative menus, monitoring food quality and presentation, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, training and mentoring team members, managing food inventory, and optimizing kitchen efficiency while maintaining budgetary guidelines. The role demands creativity, leadership, and the ability to uphold high culinary standards.

*Qualifications**Proficiency in menu creation, recipe development, and food presentationStrong skills in team leadership, staff training, and kitchen managementExperience in inventory management, cost control, and maintaining kitchen efficiencyThorough knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and compliance with culinary regulationsAbility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results under pressureProven culinary experience with expertise in various cooking techniques and cuisinesExceptional problem-solving, time management, and organizational abilitiesFormal culinary training or relevant certification is highly desirablePrevious experience in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry is a strong advantage
