Residential Construction Laborer (Entry-Level Friendly)

Olympic RTMs Sask is growing and hiring a Residential Construction Laborer to join our team. No extensive experience required — we provide on-the-job training.

You’ll work alongside our Project Management team to help coordinate and support the construction of homes at our Regina/Pilot Butte facility.

What You’ll Do

Help ensure job sites follow safety standards Check completed work and assist with basic inspections Communicate with team members about required duties Help coordinate materials and deliveries with suppliers Support scheduling of trades and service work Assist with basic construction or adjustments as needed on new homes What We’re Looking For

Interest in construction or home building Willingness to learn — training provided Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to stay organized and follow instructions Comfortable working independently and with a team Basic experience with tools is helpful, but not required Why Join Us
