Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR Officer for our security and manpower services company. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, attendance management, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and maintaining discipline among security guards and manpower staff deployed at client sites. Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Staffing Handle end-to-end recruitment of security guards, supervisors, housekeeping staff, drivers, and manpower personnel.Conduct interviews, document verification, and onboarding.Maintain manpower availability as per client requirements.Coordinate with operations team for deployment and replacements.Employee Records & Documentation Maintain employee files, ID records, attendance, and joining formalities.Prepare appointment letters, warning letters, and relieving letters.Ensure proper documentation of licenses, police verification, and certifications.Attendance & Payroll Coordination Monitor attendance, overtime, shifts, and leave records.Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing.Resolve salary and attendance-related employee queries.Compliance & Labor Laws Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, minimum wages, and statutory regulations.Maintain registers and compliance documents required by government authorities.Support audits and inspections.Employee Relations Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.Conduct induction and basic training sessions.Promote discipline and company policies among field staff.Client Coordination Coordinate with clients regarding manpower requirements and complaints.Ensure smooth deployment and replacement of staff at client locations.Maintain service quality and workforce discipline.Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.1–3 years of HR experience in security services, facility management, or manpower staffing industry preferred.Required Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.Proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation.Ability to manage field staff and handle pressure situations.Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.Preferred Experience Experience in:Security agencyFacility management companyStaffing/manpower consultancyIndustrial workforce handlingPay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Food providedProvident FundWork Location: In person
