​​​​​​​ Overview This role supports day-to-day HR operations, ensuring accurate data, smooth processes, and compliance with U.S. HR standards. Ideal for someone detail-oriented who knows when to act and when to escalate.

Key Responsibilities HR Systems & Data

Maintain and update employee records in HRIS Ensure data accuracy and generate reports

Documentation & Records

Prepare and organize HR documents and employee files Send routine HR communications

Employee Relations Support

Handle initial intake and routing of HR concerns Support managers with basic HR queries Assist with documentation for HR cases

Recruitment Support

Coordinate interviews and candidate communications Update ATS and assist with offer letters

Onboarding & Offboarding

Manage new hire paperwork and onboarding logistics Track and complete offboarding processes

Benefits Support

Assist with enrollments and admin tasks Route complex inquiries to the right team

Tools & Process Improvement

Use HR tech and AI tools to improve efficiency Help document processes and suggest improvements

Requirements Must-Have

PHR or SHRM-CP certification (active) 3+ years in HR / People Ops Experience with HRIS and ATS Strong attention to detail and documentation Good judgment on when to escalate Excellent written communication

Nice-to-Have

HR or related degree Remote or global team experience Benefits admin exposure Familiarity with AI tools and SOP creation
