As a Bilingual Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc. What's in it for you? $16.48/hr Permanent Part-time position: Monday 0830-1730 & Tuesday-Friday 0830-1230 We will invest in you, covering the costs of continuing education through GardaWorld Academy Flexible schedules with various shifts available Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld Full-time & part-time opportunities Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities for Bilingual Security Guard Customer service duties like welcome and guide visitors Manage access control Conduct foot patrols to identify potential risks Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs Perform computer tasks Address incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams Write incident reports and communicate security concerns Answer questions in person or by phone Qualifications for Bilingual Security Guard Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) with strong communication skills Legally entitled to work in Canada Saskatchewan Security Guard Training Certificate (we can help you get this) Proven customer service experience, with the ability to welcome, assist, and guide visitors professionally Experience with access control and site security procedures Ability to conduct foot patrols and identify potential risks or safety concerns Comfortable using computers and security systems (reporting tools, access systems, etc.) Knowledge of incident response procedures, including First Aid and coordination with emergency services Strong report writing skills with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and respond to inquiries in person and over the phone Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure Physically able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods This could be more than a job!
