Human Resources Manager PT Mari Makan Semeja (SAJA Group) South Jakarta – Full Time (On-site) About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to join PT Mari Makan Semeja (SAJA Group). In this full-time, office-based role in South Jakarta, you will play a key role in shaping the HR function and building a strong people culture that supports our growing hospitality group. You will partner closely with leadership to ensure that our teams across central kitchen operations, restaurants, catering, and B2B business units are supported through effective HR systems, strong talent development, and compliant HR practices. This role requires someone who is both strategic and hands-on, capable of building HR structures while supporting daily operational needs. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and best practices aligned with the company’s vision, culture, and operational growth. Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding. Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations, including employment contracts, disciplinary procedures, and HR documentation. Partner with the leadership and management teams to identify workforce planning needs and support talent development across the organization. Manage and optimize the use of HR systems (Talenta) for attendance, payroll data, and HR reporting. Analyse HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends and implement data-driven HR improvements. Design and implement employee engagement, culture, and wellbeing initiatives to strengthen team performance and retention. Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with company policies. What We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years of experience in a strategic HR management role, preferably within the hospitality, F&B, or service industry. Strong understanding of Indonesian employment law, HR compliance, and HR best practices. Ability to align HR strategy with business objectives and operational needs Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels. Strong problem-solving mindset, adaptable and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced environment. Experience using Talenta HR System or similar HRIS platforms. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. CHRP or CPHR certification is highly desirable.
