Apply now and discover the Satellite Office Candidate Experience – recognized as one of BEST among BPO companies worldwide. *WHAT IS A/AN CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSOCIATE?** In this role, you will play a central part in delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.
As the primary point of contact, you will manage inquiries, support bookings, and ensure each interaction reflects a high standard of service. WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?Oversee guest bookings and assist customers in planning their Tiny House staysRespond to inquiries across multiple channels, including website, email, and social mediaManage reservations end-to-end, including upselling and activating promotionsProvide support via the customer contact line, including handling and resolving inquiriesCoordinate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., housekeeping, tradespeople) to ensure timely property readiness and maintenanceAddress and resolve guest concerns in a professional and timely mannerWork cross-functionally with internal teams to maintain smooth day-to-day operationsCandidate Profile We are looking for a service-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. The ideal candidate brings a strong customer-first mindset and an interest in travel, hospitality, or eco-tourism.
