Responsibilities:
Greet visitors with a warm, professional welcome and direct them to the appropriate person or department. Answer and route incoming calls and emails promptly and courteously. Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room calendars. Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries. Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document handling. Assist with ordering office supplies and monitoring inventory levels. Support company events and meetings by preparing materials and coordinating logistics. Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper check-in and check-out procedures. Collaborate with team members and departments to support daily office operations.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel). Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment (copiers, printers, etc.). Team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to help where needed.
