The Role
In this position, you will be the backbone of the administrative and order-processing cycle. You will bridge the gap between customer orders and successful deliveries, ensuring every detail is checked and every deadline is met.
Duties & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities
Order & Invoice Management: Process customer orders, verify pricing against price books, and issue invoices and delivery notes. Logistics Coordination: Complete waybills, arrange couriers, and diligently follow up on deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction. Administrative Support: Maintain and update price books, manage debtor filing, and provide professional reception relief when needed. Operational Synergy: Maintain efficient, clear communication with the warehouse regarding daily deliveries and collections.
Desired Experience & Qualification What We Are Looking For:
Experience: Proven experience in Office Administration with a strong background in Internal Sales. CRM systems experience Skills: Excellent communication skills and a high level of computer literacy. Attributes: You must be punctual, a dedicated team player, and show a genuine willingness to go the extra mile. The "X-Factor": We want someone who doesn't just follow a checklist but takes initiative and looks for ways to improve processes.
Exceptional attention to detail (Accuracy is non-negotiable). Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively and Strong interpersonal skills for both internal team coordination and external customer service.
