Responsibilities
As a German Speaking Emergency Roadside Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
Answering emergency calls from German-speaking customers and providing immediate, empathetic assistance.Evaluating the nature of the emergency and coordinating with appropriate service teams for timely support.Documenting all customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring accurate records are maintained.Delivering clear communication to clients, keeping them informed throughout the assistance process.Collaborating with remote team members to share insights and improve service protocols.Participating in regular training sessions to enhance your skills in customer service and emergency response.Collecting feedback from customers to contribute to service enhancements and quality assurance.Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Fluency in German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.Prior experience in customer service or emergency assistance is preferred.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Self-motivation and comfort working independently in a remote work environment.Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings as needed.Benefits
