Laborer Entry-Level Carpenter

Experienced Laborer

We are located in Sudbury, MA, and specialize in the concept to creation of custom high end remodels. We have been in Sudbury for over 10 years and have steadily grown every year. This year we have very high expected growth projections but in order to do that we need high quality laborers.

We are looking for someone that wants to pursue a career in Carpentry! Our ideal candidate is someone who will support residential construction projects by performing physically demanding tasks.

Key duties include:

-Site Preparation and Cleanup: clearing debris, removing hazards and maintaining a clear and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency

-Material Handling: Loading, unloading, transporting and storing construction materials such as lumber, concrete and steel

-Excavation and Earthwork: Digging trenches, holes and foundations as well as filling in or compacting earth

-Temporary Structures: Assembling and disassembling scaffolding, ladders, barriers and other temporary structures

Assisting Skilled Tradespeople: Supporting carpenters by measuring, cutting or holding materials and helping with installations or repairs.

-Operating Tools and Equipment: Using hand and power tools, such as drills and saws.

-Safety Compliance: Following safety protocols, wearing PPE and ensuring the site meets safety standards
