We are looking for motivated Welding Helpers to support our welding team and gain hands-on experience in metal fabrication. Job Summary: Welding Helpers assist welders by preparing materials, operating tools, and maintaining a safe, organized work area. This is an entry-level role with on-the-job training. Key Responsibilities:Prepare metal components by cleaning surfaces and removing rust, slag, or debris.Assist with welding setup, including positioning and securing materials.Operate hand and power tools such as grinders, cutting torches, and saws.Help welders during the welding process, including holding materials or feeding filler rods.Maintain a clean and safe work area by sweeping, vacuuming, and removing debris.
