Job Summary: As a security guard with Guard West Security Services, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our clients’ properties, ensuring a safe environment for all. You will play a critical role in protecting assets, enforcing policies, and creating a secure atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and patrol assigned areas, both on foot and by vehicle. Control access to facilities and report any suspicious activities. Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents promptly and professionally. Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients, staff, and visitors. Write detailed reports on security incidents and observations. Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times. Assist with crowd control, event security, or other specialized security tasks as needed. Requirements: Experience: Firearm: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: Guard Card (Required) Firearms License (Required) High school diploma or equivalent. Valid California Guard Card Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
