The eThekwini Municipality is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Principal Clerk to provide critical administrative support to various city departments. You will be responsible for processing transactional information on computerized systems, managing official records, answering public queries, and ensuring the smooth flow of civic documentation. Requirements:

A valid Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) certificate or equivalent. Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven clerical or administrative experience. Strong computer literacy (data processing, compiling schedules, and operating municipal software). Excellent written and oral communication skills.
