Warehouse Manager – FMCG / Personal Care Manufacturing About the Role We are seeking a seasoned Warehouse Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end warehouse operations. This role is critical in ensuring efficiency, compliance, and seamless coordination across supply chain functions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing raw materials and spare parts in reputed manufacturing organizations or third-party manufacturing setups, particularly within personal care, beauty care, cosmetics, and skin care product industries . Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory control. Establish, implement, and monitor SOPs to ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance with company standards. Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize productivity and reduce costs. Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff, ensuring high performance and accountability. Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely material flow. Maintain accurate records of stock levels, shipments, and returns using ERP/WMS systems. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and supply chain performance. Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements. Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. Minimum 15 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in FMCG, personal care, beauty care, or cosmetics manufacturing industries. Proven track record of success with reputed brands such as Pepsi, Johnson’s, or similar multinational organizations. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in warehouse management systems and ERP platforms. Excellent communication and team management abilities.
