Entry Level Labourer

$23-$24/HR | Calgary | Permanent The Role. Our Labourers assist and support our roofing team when preparing and cleaning up the work site, aiding the Lynnwood Roofing team in the smooth and efficient roof application. We are looking for potential. We have a whole team of people who are prepared to train the next generation of leaders in the construction industry. We need you to be a positive influence in the workforce, be honest about what you know and what you still need to learn about roofing and the industry, and be energized by the thought of learning – and applying – new skills.

Are You Personable, Respectful, Punctual, Reliable, Self-Motivated and Willing to Learn? You will start as a general labourer, and if you demonstrate initiative, interest in developing and growing on the job, and the willingness to learn more complex tasks, we will guide and mentor you in learning the broader process of commercial roof installation and repair.

Wages and Benefits – $18.00/hour, overtime-eligible, employee group benefits, vacation pay, general holiday pay
