Role Summary Responsible for managing day-to-day security operations across Brigade properties, ensuring safety of people and assets, monitoring compliance, supervising security staff, and handling incidents/emergency response effectively. Key Responsibilities Manage site security operations and guard deployment Monitor access control, CCTV, visitor, and material movement Handle incidents, emergencies, and security escalations Conduct regular patrols and safety inspections Coordinate with police, fire authorities, and vendors when required Ensure compliance with security SOPs and safety standards Maintain security eports, logs, and documentation Supervise and train security personnel Desired Profile Graduate with 8-10 years of experience in real estate/hospitality security operations Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, fire & safety systems Experience in managing contract security manpower Good communication, coordination, and incident management skills Preferred Background Real estate, commercial properties, hospitality, malls, or ex-defense/police with corporate security experience.
