Key Responsibilities

Maintenance of Facilities: Uphold overall store cleanliness by performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, waste disposal, and restocking restroom supplies to maintain an appealing shopping environment.

Standards & Physical Specifications

Previous experience in customer service, whether in retail, grocery, hospitality, or drug store settings, is highly valued for this role. While not required, having a high school diploma or its equivalent is preferred. Effective communication and organizational skills are vital for understanding and interpreting operational documents and instructions. The job entails physical tasks that involve lifting weights of 30-50 lbs above shoulder height, regular walking, standing, kneeling, and repetitive lifting motions. The ability to think quickly and solve problems efficiently in a fast-paced team environment is crucial.
