Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a retail location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and communicating with local authorities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential policy violations. Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support access control practices, observe customer and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior. Support loss prevention and store leadership with security-related presence during opening, closing, cash handling movements, and/or other sensitive operations as directed by site procedures. Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A Level III Armed Certification is required in Texas only. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
