About this role

Hiring Class A Drivers – Southeast & Mid-Atlantic Weekly Home Time No-Touch Dry Van Freight We’re looking for experienced Class A drivers to run Southeast and Mid-Atlantic routes while enjoying weekly home time. This is all non-touch dry van freight with competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a company culture that values fairness and honesty. What You’ll Do: Run primarily TX through the Southeast, FL, Midwest up to VA and MD – no Northeast. Home weekly for a minimum of 34 hours (schedule varies; weekends not guaranteed). Handle pre-loaded freight, with a mix of live unloads and drop-and-hook. Pay & Bonuses: Average 2,100–2,700 miles per week, with weekly pay ranging $1,140–$1,650+ depending on mileage. Base pay $0.55 CPM + bonus $0.03–$0.09 CPM based on weekly mileage. Drivers averaging 2,600+ miles per week can earn the full $0.09 CPM bonus. One of the lowest turnover rates in the industry – miles are plentiful for those who want them. Benefits: Health care, PTO, 401(k) with matching, life insurance – all benefits start after 60 days and are top-tier. Bring your pet and rider from day one. Strict Safety & Driving Requirements – No Exceptions: Must have 1 full year of Class A experience in the last 3 years (OTR or regional; local does not count). No DOT-recordable preventable accidents in the last 5 years. No more than 2 non-DOT-recordable accidents in the last 3 years. No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years. (Warnings count; exceptions for reckless driving, 20+ MPH over, following too closely, or DOT-recordable accident involvement.) Never failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test, regardless of SAP program completion. No more than 2 driving jobs in the last 12 months, or 4 in the last 3 years. This is a career opportunity for serious, professional drivers who want miles, respect, and stability.
