Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to people at the location by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including production areas, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and perimeter access points as assigned.; Monitor access points, verify visitor and/or vendor activity, and help to deter unauthorized entry or suspicious behavior through visible presence and routine observation.; Support day-to-day operations by communicating clearly with staff and visitors, assisting with security-related concerns, and reporting maintenance, hazard, and/or policy issues observed during patrols.
