Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investment managers and their strategies. Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing investment managers and recommend changes as needed. Collaborate with portfolio managers and investment professionals to identify and capitalize on investment opportunities. Stay informed on market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact real estate investments. Analyze and interpret portfolio data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for portfolio adjustments. Create and present reports and presentations on portfolio performance and investment strategies to senior management and clients. Maintain strong relationships with investment managers and serve as a key point of contact for portfolio-related matters. Conduct research on new investment opportunities and provide recommendations to senior management. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies. Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills in portfolio construction and manager selection.
