Make outbound calls to leads and existing customers Handle inbound customer queries over calls and WhatsApp Follow up with interested prospects to drive conversions Maintain accurate customer notes, call logs, and CRM details Coordinate with internal sales and support teams Meet daily calling targets and customer communication KPIs Deliver a professional, polite, and friendly customer experience Requirements & Skills We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the discipline to perform consistently in a remote setup.
