We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well within a team.

Responsibilities

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas to ensure a safe environment.Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts in completing tasks.Operate basic tools and machinery as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times.Support skilled tradespeople in their duties as needed, providing assistance with various projects.Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any issues to management promptly.Requirements

CIS Registered, preferred (support can be provided to help you get set up)Ability to work awayRight to work in the UKFull UK Driving License, subject to checksMust be able to get to Newport or StaffordPrevious experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential.Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy items (up to 25 kg).Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required.If you are ready to contribute your skills and grow within a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Labourer
