Job Overview
A High End Retail Security Officer will be responsible for ensuring that personnel and guests have a positive first impression of the venue. As the first point of contact, you will be expected to be friendly and welcoming when guests/staff arrive or leave.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Protect the store, employees and customer from theft or vandalismmonitor security systems and patrol the store ensure a safe and welcoming environment for customers handle customer services task and assist with any inquiries or directionsEnsure a professional appearanceEnsure processes are strictly followed for any visitors to the buildingDeal with complaints and offer fast resolutions escalating where necessary Build professional relationships with occupiers and guests ensuring all have a pleasant experienceRequirements
A valid SIA licence - Door Supervisor or Security GuardingRight to work in the UKFirst Aid and Fire Marshal training - (preferable) Flexible, committed and punctual Excellent concentration skillsExcellent communication skillsKeen attention to detail Ability to remain calm and deal with emergency situations Customer Service experienceAn ambitious personality and willing to grow with the businessEqual Opportunity Employer: Impact Services is an equal opportunity employer.
