New Orleans Country Club is looking for a Security Officer to join the team! Established in 1914, New Orleans Country Club is a full-service, private country club offering golf, tennis, fitness, food and beverage (a la carte dining and banquets) and swimming to our members and their guests. Summary/Objective This position is under the supervision of the Director of Security and is responsible for the protection, safeguarding, and security of assets, personnel, members, and all visitors. Essential Functions Performs security patrols. Enforces member sticker procedures. Protects property from theft, embezzlement, sabotage, fire, and accidents. Investigates and writes reports on accidents, incidents, suspicious activities, safety and fire hazards, and other security related situations. Provides any needed assistance to members, employees and visitors following the department's procedures. Serves as training officer to new security staff. May perform duties of a security sergeant during required coverage as assigned and performs other related duties as assigned by a security department manager.
