As a Restaurant Manager, you are an enthusiastic role model and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service for every guest, every time. You build positive relationships with a team of diverse members. As a passionate team leader, you believe in the importance of training team members to ensure high standards of guest service, quality and cleanliness are achieved. Through your knowledge of the quick service industry you take pride in supporting the Owner in the day-to-day operations of a fast paced restaurant. In this position you will: Lead the restaurant by ensuring your team has all the tools they need to succeedDeliver superior food and beverage service and maximizing guest satisfactionFollow, achieve and exceed the Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for our guests as well as follow all operating guidelines for each piece of equipmentSchedule, organize and manage staff shiftsAppraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivityEnsure calibration, and all compliance with sanitation and health & safety regulationsRespond efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaintsRecruit, train, coach and discipline a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons high standards of operationControl operational costs and identify measures to cut wasteManage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve itPromote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant eventsTrain new and current employees on proper guest service practicesPromote a respectful team environment and lead team members with open communication and understandingReceive, manage inventory, ordering and audit to meet and exceed the Tim Hortons metricsLearn all position (back of house, front of house) to cover and improve the work environment as neededWork & manage different shift as neededWork and motivate the team to work in a fast pace environment and greet guests and taking customers’ ordersCount and audit float registers as neededPerform other job duties as required Who can apply?
