Operations Supervisor - Commercial Cleaning

Our client, a leading provider of commercial cleaning services, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga, ZA . As an Operations Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include managing day-to-day cleaning activities, conducting site inspections to ensure quality standards are met, and implementing cleaning protocols and safety procedures. You will be responsible for staff supervision, training, performance management, and ensuring adequate staffing levels for all scheduled jobs.
