Distribution Center Associate

Role and Responsibilities:

You will support store operations by managing inventory flow, organizing merchandise, and ensuring products are accurately displayed and readily available for customers. This role focuses on maintaining efficient stockroom operations and supporting overall store presentation and readiness.

Sort and manage incoming inventory in the storage area after truck deliveriesArrange products on shelves and create appealing in-store displays for shoppersRotate stock to maintain product freshness and accurate inventory levelsBuild and set up promotional and seasonal product displaysMaintain cleanliness and organization in stockroom and sales areasReplenish merchandise and prepare the store for the next business dayAssist with moving and organizing packages, shipments, and inventoryCollaborate with team members to support smooth store operationsRequired Skills and Experience:

Ability to lift and move heavy boxes and merchandiseStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to perform effectively in a fast-paced retail environmentHigh attention to detail in stocking and inventory tasksAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDependability and ability to follow instructions accuratelyPreferred Qualifications:
