Security Officer – Stephensons College (Loughborough College Group) The Leicestershire College is seeking an experienced Security Officer to join the Estates team and provide a flexible, efficient and effective security service at all times. The role requires a rotational shift pattern, 37.5 hours per week over 5 days, with Monday to Friday main days and occasional weekend coverage for campus events. Applicants must hold an SIA licence and have or be willing to obtain a recognised First Aid qualification. Key Responsibilities Regular surveillance patrols across the college campus. Act as the primary point of contact for learners, colleagues and visitors. Maintain a customer‑focused presence on site. Provide quick response to incidents and coordinate with relevant services. Qualifications and Experience Proven experience providing security and/or locking down buildings on a large site. Demonstrated professional approach and ability to work independently. Flexible and able to work a rotational shift pattern. Right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
